This website is intended for B2B product browsing, wholesale inquiries, OEM/ODM requests and general information about DEDXC services.

Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website operation.

Product and Website Content

Product photos, descriptions, MOQ notes, lead times, packaging examples and service descriptions are provided for general reference.

Details may change based on availability, production batch, customization requirements and final confirmation.

No Binding Order From Website Browsing

Submitting an inquiry form or browsing a product page does not create a binding sales contract.

A purchase is confirmed only through agreed written order documents such as a quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase order or sales agreement.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, approved artwork, shipping information, target market requirements and any compliance requirements for their sales channels.

Buyers must not submit logos, artwork or designs they do not have the right to use.

Limitations

DEDXC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate buyer information, customs decisions, carrier delays, marketplace policy changes or events outside reasonable control.

Any specific warranty, remedy or limitation for an order should be confirmed in the relevant order document.
