These policies explain how DEDXC handles B2B product inquiries, samples, quotation requests, customization projects, wholesale orders and private-label packaging requests.
They are provided for website transparency only. Final terms must be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or written sales agreement for each order.
Eligible Buyers
DEDXC mainly works with nail brands, beauty distributors, salons, e-commerce sellers, marketplace sellers, subscription box companies and promotional gift buyers.
Buyers are responsible for checking that the products, labels, packaging and claims are suitable for their target market and sales channels.
Product Information
Product photos, specifications, colors, sizes, finishes, packaging options, MOQ notes and lead times on this website are for general reference.
Actual product details may vary by production batch, material availability, customization request and confirmed sample.
Quotation Requests
A faster quote usually requires the product SKU or reference image, target quantity, nail shape and length, design or color requirements, logo and packaging requirements, destination country and target delivery date.
Website prices, if shown, are not final transaction prices. Final pricing depends on quantity, product complexity, packaging, shipping method and confirmed commercial terms.
Minimum Order Quantity
Ready-stock or standard wholesale styles may support low trial quantities, including one-piece starting orders when stock is available.
OEM, ODM, custom color, custom decoration and private-label packaging projects may require higher MOQs depending on material preparation, printing and production setup.
Samples
Existing samples can help buyers check materials, size, surface finish, packaging and overall workmanship before bulk ordering.
Customized samples may require artwork confirmation, sample fees, production time and shipping costs. Sample fees and timing will be confirmed before production starts.
Customization

Payment Terms

Bank charges, payment platform fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, customs duties and import charges are normally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Production Lead Time
Sample and bulk lead times depend on order quantity, design complexity, material availability, packaging requirements, production schedule and shipping method.
Ready-stock products may be prepared faster. Customized orders begin after approval of specifications, artwork, samples and payment terms.
Quality Control
Quality checks may include material inspection, color and artwork review, nail shape and size inspection, surface inspection, decoration inspection, quantity check, packaging check and final appearance review.
For customized goods, the approved sample or written specification is the main reference for production and inspection.
Shipping and Delivery
International shipping may be arranged by express delivery, air freight, sea freight or delivery to the buyer's freight forwarder, depending on order size and destination.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, remote area fees and delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are handled according to the agreed trade terms.
Returns and Claims
Customized, private-label and made-to-order products are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the goods do not match approved specifications.
For claims, buyers should provide order details, affected quantity, clear photos, videos when available, carton labels and a written description within the agreed claim period.
Intellectual Property
Buyers must own or have permission to use any logos, brand names, artwork, photos, packaging files, patterns and design references submitted to DEDXC.
DEDXC may refuse requests that appear to copy protected third-party brands, characters, designs or trademarks.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed for eligible OEM and ODM projects. Buyers should clearly mark confidential files and explain the required handling standard before sharing them.
Public website submissions should not include sensitive information unless necessary for quotation or production review.
Policy Updates
DEDXC may update these website policies from time to time. The version shown on the website applies to general website use unless a specific order agreement states otherwise.
For active orders, the written quotation, invoice or sales agreement has priority over general website policy text.
