Shipping Methods

DEDXC can discuss express delivery, air freight, sea freight and delivery to a buyer-appointed freight forwarder depending on product type, order size, destination and delivery schedule.

The available method and cost will be confirmed before shipment.

Processing Time

Ready-stock items may be prepared faster after order confirmation. Customized and private-label orders require production and inspection before dispatch.

Lead times depend on product complexity, packaging, quantity, material availability and production schedule.

Shipping Costs and Duties

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, remote area charges, storage charges and destination handling fees depend on the destination and agreed trade terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, destination duties, taxes and import compliance are the buyer's responsibility.

Using Your Own Freight Forwarder

Buyers may use their own freight forwarder. Please provide the warehouse address, contact person, phone number, receiving requirements, shipping marks and appointment instructions before dispatch.

DEDXC is not responsible for loss, delay or damage after goods are accepted by the buyer's appointed forwarder unless otherwise agreed.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking details or shipping documents will be shared when available. Delivery time may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, holidays and destination service conditions.
