Returns & Claims Policy
How DEDXC reviews damaged, incorrect or defective goods for B2B nail product samples, wholesale orders and customized production.

Buyers should inspect products soon after delivery and contact DEDXC within the claim period stated in the order documents.
If no claim period is stated, please contact us as soon as possible with complete evidence so the issue can be reviewed.
Required Evidence
Claims should include the order number, product SKU, affected quantity, clear photos, videos when available, carton and shipping label photos, and a clear description of the issue.
For shipping damage, keep the original packaging until the claim review is complete.
Customized Products
Customized, private-label and made-to-order goods are usually not eligible for return because they are produced according to approved buyer specifications.
If a confirmed manufacturing defect or specification mismatch exists, DEDXC will review an appropriate solution based on the order terms and evidence.
Possible Solutions
Possible solutions may include replacement parts, replacement goods, repair guidance, discount, credit or another agreed remedy depending on the issue and order terms.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Excluded Issues
Normal color differences caused by screens or lighting, buyer-approved design details, incorrect buyer information, misuse, improper storage, marketplace policy changes and carrier delays are generally not treated as product defects.
