Glide along the upper lash line  Wait 30 seconds before applying lash or until it feels tacky. Use a waterproof makeup remover to remove liner. CAUTION: Perform a test prior to application to ensure that you have no allergies or reaction to this product. In case of direct eye contact, wash out the eye thoroughly with clean water.
