Please contact us within the claim period stated in your order agreement. Provide the order number, product SKU, quantity affected, clear photos, unboxing video when available, shipping carton and label photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the evidence and provide a solution according to the confirmed order terms.
Customized, private-label and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return because they are produced according to the buyer's approved specifications. If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the products do not match the approved specifications, please contact us according to the claims procedure.
